If this is your first time renting a storage unit, it's okay to be a little apprehensive. You'd want to make sure your belongings will be safe in the unit when you lock up and go away. How long is the lease term?

We lease storage units on a monthly basis for your convenience.

What documents do I need to submit to rent a storage unit?

You'll need to provide us a copy of government-issued photo ID

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, you don't have to sign a long-term lease. Unless you decide to do so otherwise, you can rent your storage unit on a monthly basis.

How many days notice needs to be given before I move out?

You will need to give us 5 days notice before emptying the unit.

How do I pay for the storage unit?

You can pay with cash, check, or credit card at our kiosk.
Or, you can select the option of auto pay. This way, we'll deduct the amount from your credit card at teh beginning of every rental period.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Do I have to bring my own lock or do you provide it?

You will have to use your own lock to secure your storage unit.

What items are not allowed in the storage unit?

Items that are flammable, explosive in nature, odorous, corrosive, perishable, or generally hazardous are prohibited to be stored in the unit. Please refrain from storing food, drinks, fireworks, propane, tanks, chemicals, etc.
